Pre-immigration gate close 15 mins before ferry departure time

Documents you need to present for security clearance at the gates:
• Passport
• Boarding Pass

Passengers who arrive late, that is after the pre-immigration gates close, will be required to return to our ferry operator’s desk to re-issue another ticket and wait for the next available ferry departure.
